Mitch Buzza is a seasoned innovator in EduTech, VR events, and immersive experience design. Combining his technical expertise as an eTeaching Support Coordinator at the University of Melbourne with a creative, multi-modal production background, he bridges the gap between complex technology and meaningful learning.
As the founder of VR Machine, Mitch brought cutting-edge virtual reality to thousands of students across suburban and regional schools, as well as major institutions like ACU and UniMelb—empowering educators and transforming how users engage with spatial concepts.
With his next chapter, VR Vibes, Mitch continues to prototype, break new ground, and deliver custom spatial production and support services that help others bring their unique immersive visions to life.

Shila Barak is the strategic driving force behind VR Vibes, seamlessly blending sharp business development acumen with an innate talent for international market expansion and client relations.
With a proven track record managing accounts across global and domestic landscapes—ranging from major supermarket chains, retail giants, and FMCG manufacturers to VR Machine—Shila’s true strength lies in her deep understanding of people, cross-border market dynamics, and spatial XR products.
